Beyond the Box is a London based creative practice working across the UK. We are strategists, producers and social impact innovators who are dedicated to creating positive change in the world.
We are passionate about the development of communities through meaningful youth and community engagement. We advocate for working with communities to co-produce creative and cultural experiences, to better understand their needs, and lived experiences, helping them find their voice and empowering them to take up space.
Our expertise in creating social impact drives real change on the ground for the people and communities we work with.

We do all of this through co-design.
This is about providing ways in which communities can take part in designing their future. Why do we do this? Because we want to create societies that are equitable, where we all meet individuals according to what they need, on their own terms.
It’s about creating an environment where people can be heard. A welcoming space where those who don’t often speak and aren’t listened to can strive for what they want.
We don’t tick boxes. We listen, we act.
Our work is about freshness, it shifts perspective. It’s built to inspire.
It takes effort. And grit.
But we do this with determination.
