Volunteer with us — Festival of the Future 2026 - Now Closed
Be part of something that opens doors. This October, thousands of young people, students and families come together at the Royal College of Art to explore the future of architecture, engineering, design and the built environment — and we'd love your help to make it happen.
We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to join our team across the two days of the festival. You'll welcome guests, help people find their way, support our workshops and talks, and be a warm, familiar face for the young people at the heart of it all. No experience needed — just good energy and a willingness to get stuck in. It's a brilliant way to see the festival from the inside, meet people from across the sector, and help open up the built environment to the next generation.

Saturday 10 October
9:00am – 5:00pm
5:00pm – 10:00pm

What we'll cover
Travel expenses paid, up to £10
Lunch provided when you volunteer for a full day
Good to know
Volunteers must be 18 or over.
