This film documents a youth-led design project connected to the Meridian Water regeneration in Enfield. Working with Beyond the Box, local young people took part in a series of creative workshops where they developed research, design, and storytelling skills while exploring the future of their neighbourhood.

Participants were recognised as contributors to the process, receiving payment for their time and input. Through collaborative activities, they designed ideas for a space that would better serve young people in the community — creating something shaped by their lived experience and everyday needs.

The project demonstrates how regeneration programmes can create meaningful opportunities for local young people by investing in their creativity, skills, and perspectives, while ensuring they play an active role in shaping the places they live.
